(Sent to GIA for Testing ON HOLD). Royal Blue, 7.20+ ct. Sapphire Deco Ring 136 diamonds est. 6.65 ctw. Size 5.75
If this gem does not test as 100% natural sapphire and natural earth mined untreated diamonds (it will) you may have a full refund it is at GIA and expected home with full report including origin soon. If it Burmese or Kashmir origin you have hit the jackpot and price is 3X too low. Currently priced as a heated Sri Lanka gem but based on age (1920's) we do not expect heat to be detected and there is about a 50% chance it has a preferred origin in which case it is priced way too low for such a huge sapphire loaded with diamonds in very heavy gold. We can also convert this large ring into an enhancer to wear with your pearls or as a pendant by Brian Gavin at 10% above our cost for bench fees and you can help design it.
While a large ring a round teenage girl (13) with small hands can pull it off. This is a small size at 5.75 US ring size. Most people wear statement rings on the index or middle finger but this one can be worn on any finger, but too much ring for a pinky ring IMHO.

Ring was priced and listed below 5.50+ carat probable diamond weight to make sure you get a great deal.
Hallmarks have been worn away and are no longer legible due to age and wear. The ring is in perfect condition. Gold was tested for percentage of gold in ring and determined to be 14k.
